I recently downloaded ArkInventory to try instead of Bagnon. I love Bagnon because it’s tight and fast, simple to config and setup, works across all my toons and tells me who has what per each item. ArkInventory seems to do all of that, except maybe the tight and fast part. However, it does have osmething which I found lacking in Bagnon: visual organization. I use Itemrack to handle my gear sets and on Lolotov it was no big deal: PVP and PVE. I had a ‘crit stacking’ set, but never really equipped it - anyway, the point is that with only two sets, swapping gear just meant that Itemrack used the items and swapped out the gear peices in the same slots on the bag.
With Salovia, I have a few different sets, Healing, Main Tank, Trash, and some other miscellaneous peices that I use situationally. Anyway, it was becoming a nightmare to handle bag slots. I have 55 slots in my bags devoted to gear I’m -NOT- wearing. Anyway, so ArkInventory allows you to setup miscellaneous bags and sort things visually - throwing classes and types of items into the same visual region. It also allows you to create Rules… or it is supposed to. I couldn’t figure out how to create my own Rules… so I fixed the addon
For some reason the author commented out some pretty crucial addon functionality when he committed his last build: Searching bags and creating rules were not accessible from the UI or the command line. Anyway here is the fix:

Just (back up your old file first!) replace your file with the one I’ve linked. Look in
/Interface/AddOns/ArkInventory/ArkInventory.xml
Tah-dah! Now I’m off to create rules for my shit. If you need help or whatever, just let me know.
