At the grocery store today, saw this AWESOME holiday product and grabbed a few:

Since I’m always trying to make my real life more like WoW, I instantly saw health pots! Not about to let the delusion end there, I brought some home with the intent on making a more…. potent elixir:

Now bear in mind that the cup is only for overflow. I had to pour out some to make room in the… vial/bottle shaped container (leaded vial? imbued vial? they both seem wrong). Here’s my feeble attempt to… mix the elixir with one hand looking through a camera phone screen:

Needless to say I feel much more revitalized! The cooldown isn’t that long either (I think the internal cooldown is 45 seconds, but it’s never up for long ).

I’m trying to improve my tanking UI on Salovia. At first it was identicle to my DPS UI for Lolotov, but I quickly saw shortcomings and have been tweaking it since. I’ve been trying to find inspiration, tips, tricks, helpful visual hints, etc. and I came across this person’s tanking UI:

We were just killing our way through Azjol Nerub when suddenly Jak was Molested!

Just thought I’d throw in a quick post and screenshot from my first day of WotlK.  One of my favorite quest lines so far has been the harpooning action in Howling Fjord and I managed to grab a quick screen shot of the final quest of that quest line.  What a fun ride this is so far!!

My first post.  Woot.  I love to read the tabloids/forums, I am not sure why, kinda like a train wreck most of the time.  But a while ago I found one of the funniest posts I have seen in a while.  We might not all agree on it, but it is funny IMO. I’ll put one of the best parts on as a teaser and the link if you want to read the rest.   The post isn’t long, but too long for here I think.

What if the UFC was like the WOW Arena . . .
Bob: “And here comes The Iceman himself, stepping into the cage. He looks ready for a fight.”
Jon: “Now his opponent steps in, Mr. Quinton “Rampage” Jackson himself, and . . . wait, is . . . is he holding a crowbar?”
Bob: “You got that right, Jon. Looks like his weapon of choice for this match is the crowbar. I think it’s fair to say we are gonna see some bloodshed tonight.”
Jon: “Uh, did I miss something? Why does he get to use a crowbar?”
Bob: “He won the last fight, Jon.”
Jon: ” . . . and?”
Bob: “And the winner gets rewarded with a upgraded gear. Rampage obviously choose the crowbar . . . not a bad decision if you ask me.”
